(Source: Philadelphia Union) Philadelphia Union have signed defender Auston Trusty as a Homegrown Player, the club announced Wednesday. Trusty originally joined the Philadelphia Union as a member of the first group of Union Juniors in 2011. He then joined the Academy at its inception in 2013 and has continued on with Bethlehem Steel FC this season where he's made 13 starts. Trusty is the second Union Homegrown signing in 2016 and the fifth in the club's overall history.
